Fourteen things I'm reliably good at, each with the moment that proves it.
01
🤝
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
At Digital Online Empire I built the Bali Card partner network from a blank list to 300+ verified venues, from Buleleng to Nusa Penida. I mapped the island by category, pitched each owner on the membership value rather than a discount, and negotiated terms that made renewals easy. The network became the product.
02
🌱
Community Growth & Retention
I joined Fleamint at inception with no community at all. I built the Discord architecture, onboarding flow and activation calendar from scratch, taking it to 5,000+ members with 30% engagement growth, then kept them by making sure every new member had something to do in their first ten minutes.
03
🚀
Go-to-Market Strategy
For the Bali Card launch I sequenced the go-to-market backwards: sign the venues first, so the offer was already worth buying on day one. Partner supply, content and the membership push went live together, which meant launch demand met a network that could actually serve it.
04
🤖
CRM & AI Automation
At Dream Sales Jobs I replaced manual recruiter follow-up with automated sequences wired into Tally, Clay.com, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Applications, qualification and reminders now run themselves, and the hours that used to go into chasing candidates go into actually talking to them.
05
⚙️
Operational Excellence
At WomenTech Network consistency was the bottleneck, not effort. I wrote the operational templates and playbooks the team runs on (event checklists, partner outreach sequences, reporting formats) so quality stopped depending on who happened to pick up the task.
06
📣
Influencer & KOL Management
At Rio-De-Fi I ran KOL partnerships end to end and opened conversations with artists at the level of Lupe Fiasco and Jason Derulo. The work was less about the booking and more about the brief: making sure each creator understood the project well enough that the content sounded like them, not like an ad.
07
🏗️
B2B Ecosystem Development
Supporting 9,000+ Global Ambassadors and 70,000+ tech leaders at WomenTech meant treating the network as an ecosystem rather than a list. I built the connective tissue (intro paths, regional leads, recognition loops) so members created value for each other instead of only consuming it.
08
📅
Campaign & Event Marketing
I moderated webinars with the CEO of Xendit, the CEO of HP Indonesia and the CCO of Magicblocks.ai, and hosted community Twitter Spaces for Fleamint. Speaker sourcing, run-of-show and the follow-up content were all mine. The event is only half the campaign.
09
👥
Stakeholder Relations
As EA to the CEO at Vitality Development I sat between the founder, affiliates and Tier 1 crypto iGaming partners. Reading the room, protecting the founder's time and translating between very different audiences is a skill I've used in every role since.
10
🎯
Talent Acquisition & Sales Recruitment
I onboarded 600+ UGC creators for a swimwear agency: sourcing, pitching, negotiating rates and running the full onboarding lifecycle. Balancing creator pay against agency margin without souring the relationship is the whole job, and it's the part I enjoy.
11
📱
Social Media Strategy & Content
For Daydream Community I built a Bitcoin educator's Instagram presence from zero across Carousels, Reels, Stories and YouTube, and owned the workflow end to end: ideation, scripting, editing, publishing. Consistent cadence in the founder's own voice, not a content mill.
12
🗣️
Negotiation & Deal Closing
Whether it's a venue joining Bali Card, a creator agreeing a rate, or a prospect booking a discovery call, my approach is the same: understand what the other side actually needs first. I've closed hundreds of agreements this way, and the relationships tend to outlast the deal.
13
🧩
Creative Problem Solving
Two clients came to me with Instagram accounts that had quietly stopped reaching anyone. I diagnosed the shadowbans, rebuilt the posting cadence, reworked hashtag strategy and content mix, and got organic reach back. Same instinct at Digital Online Empire and Fleamint: when manual moderation stopped scaling, I built Discord bot automation instead of hiring around the problem.
14
🔍
Analytical Thinking
Four and a half years on a bank's front line, 200+ customers a day, teaches you to read a situation fast and still get the detail right under pressure. I work the same way now: retention and engagement KPIs at WomenTech, A/B testing at DankCity, and checking what the numbers actually say before changing the plan.
